Runners’ guidelines – 42.2 Km.
A copy of your medical fitness report and verification of your personal insurance for the days of the race should be emailed to us at least a week before the race at firstname.lastname@example.org

Personal baggage can be left at the staging point only
The start of the 42K race is at 05:00 (AM) Friday
All stations will serve isotonic drinks, halva, energy bars, bagels, gels, apples, coke and other items
During the race, a medical team including ambulance and suitably equipped ATV will be on hand in case of emergency
All runners must be equipped with a mobile phone and mendotry equipment.
All refreshment stations and the staging area will have trash cans, please use them
RUNNERS SHOULD DISPIOSE OF THEIR TRASH, INCLUDING ENERGY GEL WRAPPERS AND BOTTLES IN THE DESIGNATED TRASH CANS AT THE REFRESHMENT STATIONS OR IN THE STAGING AREA
Please ensure you keep the forest clean
Runners caught littering will be disqualified
